grubby sunshine

We had really (x10) intense cold for a stretch.  Then, this last week gifted us with delightfully mild temperatures.  (Cooler weather is returning soon, but it doesn't immediately look arctic cold.)  The kids spent hours outside, soaking in sunshine, doing racing, zooming, digging, getting completely coated in dirt.

J looks pretty grumpy here even though he was happy to be outside and not ticked that I was taking a photo.  I guess being grubby is hard, hard work
