I'm thankful to have access to a wide variety of food, both "junk" and deliciously healthy. We have Earth for gardening (and I have an amazing selection of heirloom seeds to explore next year), 4 health stores within 3 miles of our house (with another on the way early next year), and a farmer's market & local foods store within 8. I don't always like spending bunches of time in the kitchen, but I love good food. Nom nom.
Dinner this week included veggies to be cooked with local grass-fed beef -
And my kids beeeeeged for smoothies. We made these from frozen mixed berries, fresh banana, and almond milk -
